    Meet the Chef

    Chef de Cuisine Ivan Saiz Sordo oversees the daily operations and the execution of Chef Chele Gonzalez's well-crafted menu. Both chefs hail from the region of Cantabria and have worked together for various restaurants in the Philippines. Their lineage, culinary roots, and common love for seafood brought them back together at The Westin Manila, to showcase flavors they learned and loved growing up.
